​2020 Tariff ​ ​ The cost of the room is £65 per night to include breakfast ​ The price is for the room, per night for up to two persons, including breakfast. There is a single futon in the room which can be used as a single bed, if required. An extra charge is payable if a third person/child occupies the room ​ If you require any information or assistance, we may be contacted by telephone (landline or mobile), or e-mail. ​ Additional Information There is mobile reception, although some networks have patchy coverage. ​ WiFi is available free of charge. Please ask for details ​ There is a strict no smoking policy in the whole house.
Owners are usually available 24 hours a day. ​ ​Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment can be made either by cash or cheque. We can also accept Paypal. Full payment must be made prior to departure. It is most helpful if a small deposit can be paid to secure the reservation. ​ ​Check-in and Departure times.

We would ask that guests call the day before to confirm a time of arrival.
The preferred time is after 4.00pm and before 6.00pm, however we are happy for this to be flexible if pre-arranged. We request that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 10.00am ​ Cancellation If you need to cancel your holiday please let us know as soon as possible. Every effort is made to re-let your room should you cancel.

If we are unable to re-let your room the following applies: More than 14 days before the start of your holiday no further charges. 
We regret that cancellations made later, no show or early departures the total price of your reservation will be charged less your deposit. We advise that you insure against cancellation.   ​Luggage ​
We are happy if you wish to leave your luggage to be collected after you have checked out. This can be helpful to those without transport. ​ If you are using independent carriers to deliver and collect luggage, please advise us of this in advance, so that times can be arranged.
